Court win for APCOA Civil Enforcement Officer
APCOA is pleased to report a successful prosecution at Stevenage Magistrates Court for an incident of assault and use of threatening words against an APCOA Civil Enforcement Officer as she carried out her duties for East Herts Council.
Both APCOA and East Herts Council take a zero tolerance approach to abuse of our employees and will always support the police to bring prosecutions wherever possible, including recorded footage of incidents from CEO body-worn cameras.
