APCOA Upgrades UK Head Office

This month, APCOA, Europe’s largest parking company has re-located its UK headquarters to London & Regional’s 129,676 sq. ft office redevelopment, Belmont House, in the heart of Uxbridge town centre.

Whilst only a stone’s throw from their previous location, the new premises offer a dynamic 24/7 workspace, specifically fitted out for APCOA’s requirements by Imago and providing a light, spacious and modern environment for both staff and visitors.

Belmont House has been rated as ‘Excellent’ by BREEAM, an internationally recognised certification that provides third-party assurance and helps businesses enhance the environmental, social, and economic sustainability of their assets. Additionally, the building is powered entirely by renewable electricity and sends zero waste to landfill— factors which are all of the utmost importance to APCOA who were recently named ‘Environmental Corporate of the Year’ at the 2025 West London Business Awards.
