In a competitive tender process, APCOA’s track record of delivering a high-quality customer service and enhanced commercial performance through an advanced digital product suite were central to the contract award. APCOA’s digital Parkway suite will use state of the art software, control room monitoring and ANPR technology to simplify and enhance the ‘first and last’ parking experience for every customer. Additionally, APCOA’s car park management colleagues will be part of Landsec’s wider ‘Elevate’ initiative which aims to promote the exchange of good working practices and create a ‘One Team’ ethos among the various customer facing teams at each site.
